Lisbon Design Week Highlights: Showcasing Fragmented

Lisbon Design Week Highlights: Showcasing Fragmented

The chance to showcase my work alongside so many talented designers was a dream come true. I’m thrilled to share my incredible experience at Lisbon Design Week! It was an absolute honor to be part of the Young Design Generation Exhibition at the stunning Roca Lisboa Gallery.

One of the highlights for me was showcasing my latest creation, Fragmented. This vase is a labor of love, designed with a fragmented pattern that, like a plaid, has no clear beginning or end.

By adding soft curves and giving the piece a twist, the pattern gets beautifully distorted, making it hard to decipher how it was made. This touch of mystery really adds to its appeal, and I'm thrilled with how it turned out.

With over 60+ design studios participating, I only had two days, but I was able to see a ton of them! I was so inspired by the design and craft that is going on in Lisbon. See some of my favorites here!

I’m particularly proud of showcasing cork in such a unique and different way. This experience has truly inspired me to continue exploring and pushing the boundaries of this amazing material.

Lisbon Design Week has been an unforgettable journey, and I can't wait to see where this creative path leads next!

Thanks for following along!
