Inspired by Bauhaus Designers, Anni and Josef Albers, who were both students and professors at the famed German School of Design in 1919.
The couple were among the leading pioneers of 20th century modernism. They were furniture designers, textiles artists, painters, and printmakers. We loved their innovative approach to the craft and design world.
SEE THE COLLECTION
The Albers inspired our newest collection of playful, modern and bold pieces.
Brighten your home this summer with our striped and checkered cork objects and painted vases.
JOSEF PAINTED VASES | Sage Green
We chose our favorite shade of green from Josef's painting series "Homage to the Square". We used milk paint to paint them which gives it a beautiful matte color.

JOSEF PAINTED VASES | Cobalt Blue
We love this blue, used in so many Josef paintings. He wrote the famous book "Interaction of Color:" which is a singular explanation of complex color theory principles. This vase will brighten any corner.
ANNI CHECKERED CORK VASE
We love this checkered vase! We used complex lamination process to create the checkered patter. Each vase will come out slightly different because of that, ending in a one-of-a-kind piece.
ANNI STRIPED CORK CANDLE HOLDERS | Short & Medium
Inspired by the geometric shapes of Anni Albers textile designs. We made two different sized totem candle holders with this striped design.
ANNI TALL STRIPED CORK CANDLE HOLDERS
Inspired by the geometric shapes of Annie Albers textile designs. She loved overlapping and contrasting shapes and lines in her work. We wanted to do the same with these candle holders. Soft round shapes with bold straight lines.
