Shipping policy

Thank you for purchasing from us! Almost every piece is made to order at Melanie Abrantes Designs. Making your product unique and one-of-a-kind. Please be patient with our shipping system, we are a small studio doing our best to get everything out in a timely manner!

Shipping

Shipping will happen 7-14 business days after receipt of payment. Items ship out on Wednesday's and Friday's. All pieces are shipped with USPS, United States Postal Service, both domestically and internationally. 

Large Quantity Orders 

If you placed an order with us that is 5 or more items, please email us to see when you will receive them. Larger orders take us longer to make because each item is handmade. Thank you for your patience! 

Customs, Duties, Taxes & International Orders

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government-imposed charges and they vary greatly from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Holiday Shipping Schedule

Dec. 15, 2019, is the last day for shipments to be received by Dec. 25th, 2019. Please email if you would like to do overnight shipping at an extra cost. Our online shop will be closed from Dec. 22nd - Jan. 3rd. 

Returns

All sales are final unless damaged in transit, please contact with receipt of your package.
